The children have been making some incredible progress this year in their reading. They have come a long way with reading independently and the staff have worked tirelessly to help each child make that progress.
Here are some video’s of a child reading in her class independently. She is reading books about animals and on occasion, will attempt to make the animal noises from the book, for example; the book reads ‘Look at me, I am a duck‘, to which the child says “Quack, quack, quack”. She really seemed to be enjoying these books she was reading.
