On Friday the 21st of September, Reception Year had a very successful reading workshop. Parents and children enjoyed sharing a reading book together and took time to use some of the helpful tips shared when reading with their child. The event was well attended and it was so good to listen to the wonderful conversations between parents and children during the session.
Each Friday, Reception Year will open their doors at 3:00 and we invite you into our classes to spend a few minutes supporting your child with reading their reading book. Please remember to bring the book bag with the Monteagle logo on it so that you can take the reading book home with you.
