Year 5 students and staff were THRILLED to host singing and acting directors from the Royal Opera House last Friday for a special workshop in everything opera! We took part in physical and vocal warm-ups and had special tutorials in acting, singing and movement. This is part of a special ‘Building Blocks’ project with Year 5 students are currently involved in alongside the Royal Opera House.
We also shared our performance of ‘Hop Hop Hop’, the Witch’s song from ‘Hansel and Gretel’. The directors were very impressed!
