In science this week, year 3 have been learning about Forces, particularly Friction.
We carried out an experiment to test which surface has the least / most friction using marbles.
The different surfaces we tested on were; grass, playground, corridor, a doormat and mud.
We found out grass had the most friction as the marble did not travel very far and the corridor had the least friction as the marble travelled the furthest.
