To end the term on a high we invited the parents in to give the children the opportunity to take the lead and retell some of their favourite stories we have read over the term to them.
The stories included: The Three Little Pigs, The Rainbow Fish, What The LadyBird Heard and The Tin Forest.
Here, the children were focusing on story language and story structure to retell the stories.
It was fantastic to see so many parents come and celebrate their children’s work and achievements.
