This week we have been reading Gingerbread man. Children have loved listening to the story and joining it with the repetitive refrains, ‘run, run as fast as you can, you can’t catch me, i’m a gingerbread man!’. We have done some fun activities based around the book; dressing our own gingerbread man and baking dough in our pretend kitchen and then using cutters to make gingerbread man biscuit shapes using play doh.
