Ahoy there, young adventurers! This week in Reception, we have set sail on a thrilling voyage into the world of pirates. Inspired by the tale of the Night Pirates, our young sailors have embarked on exciting missions and daring escapades that have truly brought our classroom to life.
From imagining what a pirate might be like to gathering supplies for their seafaring journeys, our little buccaneers have shown creativity and enthusiasm at every turn. They have been instrumental in aiding the pirates in collecting precious treasure, which we are safeguarding until their triumphant return. But that’s not all – our young mariners have also worked tirelessly to construct magnificent pirate ships fit for the most daring of sea robbers.
In addition to their adventurous exploits, this week has seen our young swashbucklers channel their artistic talents into crafting bespoke pirate-themed Father’s Day cards. Each card is a masterpiece, filled with love and creativity, ready to surprise and delight the special people in our lives this fathers day.
