This week nursery have enjoyed learning about the role of the police officer during their topic lessons. They have shown a good understanding of what police do, how they protect our community and what tools they use to help us.
In our English lesson we created a mind map and shared what we knew about the role of a police officer. We then had a chance to draw and write about them. Children are at all different stages of writing development but everyone was really eager to have a go and put their ideas on paper or whiteboards. Take a look at some of our work!
