This week in Year 3 we were looking at the human skeleton and its functions. We found out that its three key jobs were to protect our vital organs, help us with our movement and support us so we can stand up.
We decided to create the skeletal system and its structure in class. The children thoroughly enjoyed putting the bones together and in the right place, and some have even learnt the scientific names of the bones we have.
