This week in Year 1 we have come to the end of our ‘Time detectives’ topic. To finish our unit each class has made their own time capsule with photos and information about what their life is like now. The time capsule will be stored safely and opened again when the children are in Year 6.
Also this week, we have been composing and improvising in our music lesson. We have been singing the song ‘Sing me a song’ and accompanying the music with the instruments. The children also had lots of fun creating our own composition to go with the song. Here are some photos and videos of us making music!
