Firstly welcome back to everyone and a happy new year!
This week have started our new IPC topic, which we think we be a favourite, of chocolate!
We started this topic in the best way, by tasting of course!
We tasted milk, dark and white chocolate and thought about how it tasted and the difference between them. We discussed how the smells are different and how we think it is made.
Dark chocolate was defiantly the least popular!
We are excited to see what we are going to learn about in this topic!
