Here’s what we got up to on Day 3!
We began the day bright and early at 7.30 and despite the many sleepyheads and the struggle to get out of bed (particularly Samuel), we were all excited about the day ahead.
Group one: It was our turn to enter the wonderful, awe-dropping caves where we had to crawl through tight spaces, wade through high water and experience true pitch black.
Group two: We also went caving which we found extremely fun with all the challenges and despite having moments of being scared, we all worked together as a team to help each other along.
Group three: Today was our turn do go through the old railway tunnel and gorge walking. The gorge walking was amazing as we got to go down slides of water and even got to sit underneath a waterfall!
Group four: We took part in Bushcraft to begin the day, where we built shelters, started a fire and even cooked tasty popcorn. We then entered the rock climbing room where we bouldered and climbed across all the different challenges, and did our best to push ourselves to overcome our fears.
After enjoying a tasty dinner of Lasagne and chocolate cake for dessert, we are currently watching the England vs Netherlands game and all hoping for a home country win.
Come on England!!
