We woke up with an appetite for adventure and we couldn’t wait to explore the luscious Welch terrain.
After a nutritious breakfast, we were organised into our groups and listened to the instructions for the activities ahead.
Each group took part in different activities, these activities included: gorge walking, caving, climbing, bush raft and hiking. We are far from the hustle and bustle of London life. The bravery and teamwork shown by the children have been impressive, with everyone eager to take part and willing to help their teammates along the way.
It was delightful to return to our Trewern home for a hot meal and a hot shower. There’s one thing for sure, we will all sleep tonight.
