Year 4 have made an excellent start to 2025 learning a number of new songs on their ukuleles including; Don’t worry, be happy by Bobby Mcferrin and Sunflower from the Spiderman movie. Both songs incorporate new chords for the children F major and D minor (dm) as well as more complex strumming patterns.
‘Don’t worry, be happy’ has the repeated chord pattern C major, D minor (dm) and F major, whereas ‘Sunflower’ has the chord pattern C major, F major, A minor (am), F major.
