During this week we have been consolidating our knowledge about 2D shapes. We have been exploring the basic properties of familiar shapes and then used this vocabulary to describe the basic 2D shapes. The children have also thought about what picture they would like to create using coloured shapes. They then sorted through a selection of different size and colour shape collage paper to choose what they wanted to use for their picture.
