This term in English, Year 4 have been reading the story of ‘Krindlekrax’. So far, we have learnt that ‘Krindlekrax’ is a giant crocodile, who lives in the sewers. The main character, who is called Ruskin, has just found out that his father is responsible for Krindlekrax living in the sewers, since he stole him from the zoo! Ruskin now has a moral dilemma. He has to decide whether he tells his best friend Corky the news, who was bitten by this ferocious creature, or keep it to himself to protect his father.
Year 4 made video messages in pairs, imagining they were Ruskin telling Corky the news. They then used their videos to write their own fantastic letters in role as Ruskin.
