We hope you all had a lovely fathers day and liked the medal your children made for you. Some children wanted to make medals for their uncles and grandads and we hope you too, liked your medals! Thank you for being wonderful role-models for all your children.
As the weather has been lovely recently, the children have been playing with water outdoors. Children have been touching, filling, pouring and emptying water using spoons and different sized containers. This has helped them enhance their fine/gross motor skills and their coordination. Children have also used their imagination and a wide range of vocabulary whilst playing with their peers. Some children said they were making soup, drinks and/or potions. Children also enjoyed thinking of different vocabulary to describe what the water looked and felt like.
