This week we have been very busy planning, then writing a diary entry, in the role of a character from our English class read. We haven’t read all the book yet, but we were challenged to put some emotive language into our writing too. We also had to remember to write in the past tense and in the first person.
During our grammar lesson we were learning how to use commas to break up lists in a sentence, and not overuse the word ‘and.’
In Maths we recapped 2D and 3D shapes. We also looked at making 2D shapes by drawing around 3D shapes. Next week we are going to be looking at the properties of these shapes.
