This week, in celebration of Wellbeing Week, 3K engaged in a variety of activities designed to promote our overall wellbeing. The students in 3K had a fantastic time participating in these activities. Some highlights included singing and dancing to an uplifting song for five minutes, walking around the school grounds to find five things they appreciate in their environment, and creating a human sound wave by passing a clap or hum around the circle, focusing on listening and timing. We also had a meaningful discussion about personal wellbeing, where the children shared their thoughts and ideas with the class. It was a wonderful week of reflection and connection!
