On Saturday October 9th, Amelia in 3O took part in a 5km marathon called “Race for Life”. Can you believe, she completed a 5km run to raise awareness and money for Cancer Research? Amelia told us all about it on Tuesday. She said it was very fun and enjoyed every part of the experience. She is inviting everyone to join her next year.
In English, the children have been considering similarities and differences between now and the stone age. We went on to consider what might be the similarities and differences between now and the future. We all agreed that there would be electric vehicles rather than petrol as everyone knows it is bad for the environment to use petrol. We also considered that there may be holidays to space as well as houses on other planets.
