After arriving and setting up our tents, we had dinner and then embarked on an adventure walk through the woodland trails. The children were fully engaged and enthusiastic throughout, spotting interesting flora and fauna and marveling at the stunning scenery.
The highlight of the walk was when the children discovered how slippery the paths were! It was a joy to see their smiling faces as they got to grips with the countryside: enjoying every moment of the experience! I’m pleased to say that no one was hurt and it was all in good fun.
We are hoping for a good nights sleep before an action packed day of activities tomorrow!
