Week 3 – Gliders
This week the children designed and built their very own gliders. The children created followed a build template to make the body of their gliders and could then create and test their very own wing designs.
The children all finished their projects in enough time for us all to get outside and test our finished flying machines.
Along with the fun, we have considered a few of the STEM PRINCIPLES along the way: 3D SHAPES , STRUCTURES & STRENGTH.
