Last week I had a meeting with Dan and Farah who introduced me to a new and exciting project called Tomorrow Today Streets. This project works in collaboration with local residents, Barking and Dagenham Council and Ikea. By bringing the community together, to love the neighbourhoods we live and work in; so that we can all enjoy them together.
Tomorrow Today Streets gives you and your neighbours, families and friends the opportunity to start exciting projects right on your street.
Initially, they will be working with the Phoenix on our new outdoor curriculum starting in September, however there are 24 community projects that we need you to help us with!
Are you interested in planting bulbs in a communal green space and tending them on a weekend? Would you like to help us plan a street party? Would you like to get to know your neighbours and the staff and children from the Phoenix?
